Checking your order status if you have an account
If you have a Rare Carat account, simply follow these steps to check an orderâs status:
- Sign in to your Rare Carat account
- Select âMy Stuffâ and click âMy Ordersâ from the navigation menu, or navigate to this link to access your order information page
- Once the page opens, simply find the order you are looking to check to see its current status

If you placed an order as a guest, you can still check an orderâs status by: Selecting âMy Stuffâ and click âMy Ordersâ from the navigation menu, or navigate to this link to access your order information page
If your order has shipped, you can track it through the shipping carrierâs website.
