Checking your order status if you have an account

If you have a Rare Carat account, simply follow these steps to check an order’s status:

1. Sign in to your Rare Carat account
2. Select “My Stuff” and click “My Orders” from the navigation menu, or navigate to this link to access your order information page
3. Once the page opens, simply find the order you are looking to check to see its current status

Checking your order status if you don’t have an account

If you placed an order as a guest, you can still check an order’s status by: Selecting “My Stuff” and click “My Orders” from the navigation menu, or navigate to this link to access your order information page

If your order has shipped, you can track it through the shipping carrier’s website.
