Diamond Price Match Policy

Eligibility Criteria

• Price match requests must be submitted prior to purchase. Retroactive price matches are not allowed.
• The competing diamond must have identical specifications, including cut, color, clarity, carat weight, fluorescence, and any other defining characteristics, and must match the same grading report number.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly available and not require special discounts, memberships, unique offers, or a login.
• Rare Carat reserves the right to decline a price match at its sole discretion if it deems the competitor’s price or product does not meet the criteria.

Requirements for Price Verification

To qualify for a price match, you must provide:

• A copy of the diamond’s grading report from the competing retailer, including the same grading report number.
• A valid link to the competitor’s website or a published price offer.
• Proof of availability, confirming the competitor’s diamond is in stock at the time of verification.

Exclusions

The following do not qualify for the Diamond Price Match Guarantee:

• Diamonds that are specially sourced for the customer outside of our standard inventory or purchase channels.
• Offers that are time-sensitive, limited in quantity, or part of clearance sales.
• Prices listed due to typographical or pricing errors from either Rare Carat or the competitor.
• Diamonds from pawn shops, auctions (online or in-store), or second-hand retailers.
• Prices listed by competitors in a currency other than United States Dollars.
• Price matches cannot be combined with any other existing discounts, promotions, or special offers.
• If a seller has not updated their prices to consider tariffs, those price matches may be denied.

Additional Terms

• Each customer may use the price match for only one diamond, and it can be applied only once per diamond, even if a lower price is found later.
• If Rare Carat approves the price match, the adjusted price will be valid for 24 hours.
• We reserve the right to verify all information and decline a request if we are unable to confirm the competing offer.
• Rare Carat may update or discontinue this policy at any time, at its sole discretion.
